Stress leh.

Dunno what to do la. ok today went training. shit la my ghost detector spoil or else can scare NadBabe (: do warm up and then do passingggggggg. was group with sotong and violet.
then like that lor. do defending all that -.=

then train with the b'girls, also same as playing match with them ? accidentally scratch Jiahui's hand, Sorry kay ?

and hit Hui qing face, Damnn SORRY :( so do alot of things lor i dont no do very paiseh can ?
sotong is dam sotong lor >:) same as me la but she more sotong !

Charlotte do lay up and then fell and hit her bone. :( omg la . then carried her to the chair and coach ask they all carry the chair then he ask qingting LOL. she so funny leh. ohya saw jolene emo when we playing match. me kena alot of scoldings lor. so at last coach try not to shout n talk nicely to me and telling me what to do next. learnt alot of new things and hope not to forget it.

Just try to concentrate lor cos everytime they start liao i still blur blur stand there.
Next training : Monday

did shuttle run. me and twin together. then do the test. although i still haven't die yet
i gave up. so easily. its just a cross and then i need run back then wont die.

but i chose to slack and walk . happy with the score la . but coach not happy lor .

must at least 6.1
