Green tea got caffeine
caffeine can make it hard to sleep. It is never recommended to have caffeine within 4 hours of going to sleep.
Caffeine also depletes our bodies of calcium and B vitamins. so if you drink more than a couple of glasses then you need to make sure you are getting extra calcium and B vitamins too.
Too much caffeine can cause dehydration, headaches, sleeping problems, musle aches, mental focus problems, kidney problems, heart problems, skin problems, and other organ problems. You can also get addicted to it if you use too much on a regular basis.
DAMN ITTTTT. Nu Er told me too much green tea not good.
